Killer Workout to Lose Lower Belly Fat Fast

Any form of physical exertion is a kind of exercise that stimulates your muscles and helps you stay in shape. It makes you strong and flexible. Regular exercises are suitable for all.

Exercising is not limited to people who weigh more than the average and want to lose excess weight; or those who just want to lose lower belly fat. Individuals who are anxious of their belly fat only want one thing, to get rid of it immediately.

Belly fat is not only dangerous, it's also unattractive. This is why it's very important for people having big bellies to find ways to get rid of belly fat or reduce it to some extent.

It is absolutely possible with exercise! There are a lot of great exercises that let you achieve your ideal weight and correct body proportion. Some basic exercises are walking, dancing, climbing, swimming and jogging, among other common cardio exercises we know. These cardio activities reduce stress and make you feel so much better both physically and mentally.

But in my opinion, the best exercises to lose lower belly fat are the body weight exercises such as push ups, crunches, lunges and squats. If you are unfamiliar with crunches, try this.

Lie on your back, extend your arms over your head and keep your legs together. Stiffen your stomach muscles and raise your right knee--while slightly lifting your shoulders from the floor, and forwarding your arms. Keep it straight.

Go back to the original position with relaxed stomach muscles. Do the same for your left knee. Repeat 12 - 15 times slowly.

These exercises let you build strong muscles which are best for your abdomen. If you want to lose lower belly fat, then focus on ab exercises, though all exercises are good. Overall, it's a full body exercise that does not require a dumbbell.
