Brilliant Ways to Eliminate Tummy Fat

By Nike Towman

If you're dare enough to cut down your paunch fat and get flattened abs, you must rehearse some of the core abdominal training. The manner which you have selected to carry on your agenda must be the safest and the easiest.

Crunches can be done in many ways. You should lift your feet above the ground and bend your hips at right angle. This is cited as the most risk-free style to do crunches.

The work to compression ratio is the chief factor in interpreting the safety while doing an exercise. According to this ratio, the exercise for rectus abdominus, which concentrates heavily over the abdominal muscles and the least over the lower back is believed the best.

So out of most other exercises, this exercise with your legs up and hips bent at 90 degrees scored the highest on the work contraction indices. In other words, this drill challenges the abs muscles a lot, but it does not put that much force on the lower back.

Hang yourself on a bar and lift both of your feet. This is known as the hanging double straight leg rises. This is considered the toughest exercise working on the abdominal muscles.

So this exercise is considered better than the crunches for working out the abdominal muscles. But there is also much pressure on your lower back.

Why do hanging leg rises put so much pressure on the back?

If your legs move when doing an abdominal exercise, then you will be having the pressure on your lower back. The movements of your pelvis, lower back and legs can be taken control of, when your body is adjustable enough and strong.

You can formulate your core strength, if your ability to hold the pelvis and legs increases. Developing this ability is needed more for people interested in sports.

One of the muscles known as the hip flexor bends your hips and moves your thighs closer to your chest and is attached to your spine. So when that muscle is tight or when that muscle is working it pulls on the spine. The inflexibility and the weakness of the abdominal muscles cause the force gain on the lower back.

When the back arches excessively more pressure is placed on the joints of the back. Lifting the feet off the land and bringing the hips to 90 degrees decreases the arch in the back and takes off some pressure. Every exercise has benefits and risks, pros and cons. But depending on your body condition and consultations from a doctor, you have to decide, what is best for your body.
