Vertical Leaps - Jump To A Successful Conclusion

Why would you consider a jump higher program? Do you already think you are the best jumper on the court? How are you getting that advantage? Is it natural or do you work at your muscle strength. Do you realize that even if that is true, you are still not unleashing your full potential? You could be emphasizing muscle strength when muscle speed could make you a better player.

Basketball is a game of controlling the basket. To control the basket, you dont have to be the tallest; you need to control the air around the basket. Wouldnt you like to:

* Slam and jam * Block the big guys * Control the boards * Drive from the top of the of the key * And dominate the game

The best players must be able to leap. Even some smaller players, as small as five-eight have been able to make it in the pros because of their leaping ability.

On the other hand, you will not make it far in basketball without a great leaping ability. From one end of the court to the other, you will left behind. You wont be much use.

Addressing this problem can take many forms. You can hire a trainer or a coach who will give you a cant miss program. They will work on muscle strength and push you to your limits.

If you think the best use of your time is running around a gym everyday, sweating, doing the same thing over and over, go for it. There is no doubt that you will improve (youd better, for the time you are putting in to it). But you still will not have reached your full potential. A jump higher program will help you reach that potential.
